Medical Receptionist

Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Our Randwick clinic, nestled within the Prince of Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our team.

The role is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, with 9-hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm. Working longer hours means you get one shorter shift of 8 hours and one rostered day off per fortnight!

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
• Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.

What we're looking for:

Exceptional Communicator - Clear and professional verbal and written skills are a must.

Master Multitasker - Strong organizational abilities to keep everything running like clockwork and confidence working across multiple systems and screens.
