We are looking for an experienced People & Culture person to support delivery of our people agenda. This twelve (12) month opportunity will span across all areas of People & Culture and will suit someone that enjoys using their broad Human Resources experience to uplift capability and deliver on our business strategy.

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture person to support delivery of our people agenda. What You Will Be Working On
- Lead people initiatives: Coach leaders across the employee lifecycle, fostering relationships across all sites, including Manila and New Zealand.
- Drive strategic projects: Design and implement key initiatives such as Leadership Academy, performance and reward frameworks, and employee value proposition.
- Enhance people systems efficiency: Improve usage of people systems, optimise data input, and streamline recurring HR processes.
- Oversee metrics and reporting: Manage key people metrics and reporting deliverables, including WGEA and First Jobs Code applications.
- Your experience to date has been gained from a HR generalist background. You are comfortable from switching between coaching, providing advice and then working on strategic projects.
- You are an adaptable multi-tasker, thriving in a small team environment, excelling in time management and prioritisation.
- Your employee relations experience extends to managing redundancies, terminations, and coaching people leaders through best practice performance management.
- You enjoy finding the best way to improve the employee experience and are always considering cost and time effective options to remove the ‘noise’ of people processes. You are tech-savvy, confident with people systems, with a track record of implementing improvements for business and employee benefits.
