As an SBP, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage cross-category sourcing strategies, and turn customer requirements into actionable, effective solutions with our third-party partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while driving business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Stakeholder Leadership Teams and relevant strategy forums, advocating for sourcing initiatives and aligning them with business goals.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure successful delivery of sourcing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and drive new business ideas, supplier strategies, and solutions that maximize value for the business.
  • Oversee sourcing plans and supplier performance, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Contribute to sourcing decisions that enhance profitability while aligning with Ericsson’s Responsible Sourcing programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams, encouraging collaboration and growth within the sourcing function.
  • Play a key role in shaping and executing strategic transformations within the organization.

Join our Team

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Category Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in third-party network services (Roll-out Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Software Services, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing practices, processes, and strategy, with a focus on negotiating with external parties.
  • A deep understanding of key business challenges and risk management, with the ability to evaluate complex situations.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting in sourcing decisions.
  • Awareness of local laws, regulations, and sourcing compliance requirements.
