Site Works Supervisor - FM

Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

KEY DELIVERABLES

This Site Supervisor role will be primarily involved in the Property Services FM capital portfolio - for the sites acros the North Region for Sydney Water.

• Ensure the delivery of site works, including labour, plant and materials, is undertaken efficiently, to a quality standard and without harm.
• Collaborte and support the planned delivery of site works by pro-actively engaging with all other relevant stakeholders including: planning, engineering, project/maintenance management, operations, quality, environment. safety, subcontractors
• Provide Leadership, coaching and direction to the site labour workforce.
• Promote a safe, productive, cohesive, fair, engaged, sustainable and safety minded workforce.
• This position is based at Pymble and working at multiple sites.
  
  

About You

• A suitable candidate might have a trade background in Building, HVAC, Electrical, Fire or Facility Maintenance.
• Proven Supervisory experience of trade subcontractors
• Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures
• Unrestricted Driver's Licence
• Participation in the on-call roster to manage out-of-hours reactive work
