Reporting to the Spiritual & Cultural Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinating all aspects of the Spiritual and Cultural department
- Exploring innovative ways of promoting the religious and spiritual ethos of Montefiore
- Coordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of Shabbat and Jewish Festivals and the intergenerational program
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective running of events and activities
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Is efficient, takes initiative, and is a self-starter
- Experience in event coordination or Jewish education
