- Joinery Project Manager for residential and commercial projects. You will need extensive joinery trade experience but may not have worked as a Joinery Project Manager.

You will be joining a great team and undertaking a varied and interesting role. The position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Liaising with a range of customers from building companies to homeowners regarding their projects.
- You will assist with the design by listening and giving best practices and new product options.
- Managing the process from initial inquiry through design, quoting, specifying, and ordering materials using our management software Microvellum.
- Ensuring the leadership team receives regular updates and reporting with regard to current and in-the-pipeline projects.
- Providing project management support and guidance to installers as questions or challenges arise.
- Support the business as part of the leadership team to nurture a positive and progressive workforce culture.
- Good computer skills and exposure to AutoCAD, Microvellum or similar software.
- Substantial joinery experience preferably with an Australian trade qualification.
- Proactive organizational and time management skills.
- A ‘can do’ solutions-based client approach.
- Natural problem-solving skills.
