We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Commercialisation Manager to join our newly formed internal PepsiCo Innovation Hub (PEP Studios), reporting to the Supply Chain Commercialisation Director.
In this role, you will be the interface between PepsiCo Commercial, PepsiCo Supply Chain and Third-Party Contract Manufacturer teams to enable project alignment, alternative sourcing options, and agile delivery of PEP Studios’ innovation; ensuring quality, cost, and service performance of Third-Party Contract Manufacturers.

- Collaborate with Commercialisation, R&D, and Supply Chain to develop and execute long-term innovation and supplier strategies.
- Ensure timely and complete execution of innovations and changes with existing suppliers, managing day-to-day commercial relationships and contract negotiations.
- Drive performance improvements in quality, cost, and service, while promoting health, safety, and environmental standards and performance.
- Partner with Commercialisation and R&D to understand and implement the long-term innovation pipeline, including Business Breakthrough, Category Reframe, and Brand Refresh.
- Experience & Mindset: Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain FMCG experience with a growth-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to lead, influence, and adapt with agility.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in supply chain, engineering, science, or equivalent.
- Strategic & Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in supply chain strategy development, commercial business partnerships, and commercialisation of new products, with strong commercial acumen.
- Project & Change Management: Strong project and change management skills, including onboarding new third-party manufacturers and executing initiatives against strategies.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and an entrepreneurial mindset to work at pace and with ambiguity.
