Responsibilities
As a Project Manager - Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership - Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
- Contract & Financial Management - Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost control
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings
- Site Coordination - Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Safety & Compliance - Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement
- 5+ years’ experience in civil project management Bachelor’s degree - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Track record managing projects valued between $5M-$50M
- Expertise in subdivisions, TfNSW projects, and multi-disciplinary civil work
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Driver’s Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Training)
- Relevant industry certifications
