Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, and detailed oriented finance professional to join our FP&A team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have, data analysis experience and excellent business partnering skills.

We are looking for an energetic, and detailed oriented finance professional to join our FP&A team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have, data analysis experience and excellent business partnering skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning – Lead the Business Unit’s annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. Ensure alignment across multiple functions.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis - Provide in-depth variance analysis of financial reports at period and quarter end. Identify, communicate, and present key drivers to Senior management.
- Deal Pricing – Develop and influence the structure of deal proposals and ensure alignment on key financial model inputs across internal stakeholders.
- Business Partnering - Provide decision-making support to key business stakeholders on various aspects of the business to ensure financial objectives are met
- Corporate Reporting -Provide timely and accurate corporate reporting on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance within a corporate and/or commercial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and informal communication skills to all levels of staff and management.
- Advanced in MS Excel (pivot-tables, v-look ups, Sumifs)
- Power Bl and MS Dynamics 365 experience desirable.
- Financial planning system experience, Host Analytics or Essbase experience is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business demands.
