About the Role
Information Technology and Digital Services is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management Administrator.

The ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, development and ongoing evolution of the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow) to support the continuous improvement of service delivery and innovation. The role also has a common purpose to demonstrate personal leadership in their area of expertise and promote delivery on the IT Strategy in the context of the IT Service Charter.

This is an ongoing position based at Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. Please review the position description for further information.

About you
The successful candidate will have tertiary (preferably post graduate) qualifications or progress towards post graduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience in an appropriate discipline. You will have demonstrated experience working within information technology services in large and complex organisations providing ServiceNow administration and development. As a dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will excel when developing and implementing exceptional customer focused solutions.

With strong collaboration and negotiation, you will liaise with various colleagues and teams across the University. You will have sound practical knowledge of relevant best practice frameworks including Software Development Lifecycle and project management methodology. Additionally, you will have previous experience in ServiceNow workflow automation and configuration of discovery tools, APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, JavaScript, AngularJSA, JSON, and Aax scripting in ServiceNow.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $130,740 to $145,135 p.a. (comprising Salary of $110,477 to $122,641 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
