Concierge Care Coordinator – NDIS Referrals & Scheduling

MedHealth is expanding Ability Action Australia’s Concierge Team in Penrith or Alexandria. This office-based role will be the first point of contact for participants, guiding referrals through to bookings and continued support.

You will reach out via phone, SMS, and email, and coordinate with clinicians to prioritise appointments. This role supports participants with timely referrals and ongoing care in a growing nationwide team.
