Mental Health: Early Intervention Support Worker (Community/Home)

Stride Mental Health (NSW) seeks a non-clinical early intervention worker to support vulnerable families with children and young people, assisting with information, referrals and short-term supports. You will help ensure the voices of children and families are heard within a family-centered service model.

Join a committed, inclusive team providing outreach, home visits and up to 6 months of targeted support, with development of Family Action Plans and pathways to strengthen resilience.
