Youth Residential Care Worker - Flexible Hours & Mentorship

Allambi Care is seeking Residential Care Workers to support young people aged 12 to 17 in our care placements in Victoria. You will join a dedicated team providing around-the-clock support, building positive relationships and implementing growth programs in a safe, homely environment.

The role offers flexible hours with weekend and out-of-hours work, paid induction, and opportunities for part-time conversion after probation.
