SNL Network is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Fairfield, NSW. The successful candidate will assess, plan and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care and work closely with other healthcare professionals.

What You Will Deliver

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care in line with professional standards.
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical records.
• Support patients and families with clear information and communication.
• Contribute to a safe and professional care environment.

Your Work Will Include

• Assessing patient needs and developing nursing care plans.
• Delivering nursing care and carrying out clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
• Administering and recording medications according to policy.
• Monitoring and recording patient observation
• Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals and other members of the care team.
• Educating patients and families about care and treatment.
• Reporting incidents and concerns through the appropriate channels.

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through Ahpra.
• Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Sound clinical assessment, documentation and medication management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
