Frontline Mine Maintenance Lead – Reliability & Safety

TerraCom Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at Blair Athol Coal Mine in Central Queensland to lead shift maintenance and drive reliable fleet performance. You will manage tradespeople, coordinate safety-focused activities and ensure timely maintenance delivery in a dynamic mining environment.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, champion safety, and partner with Mining and site teams to optimize availability and production while delivering quality results.
