Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time After-hours Scheduling and Administration officer

About The Position

The Rostering Coordinator will join our team based in Mulgrave and be responsible for:

• Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio
• Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
• Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Award Interpretation and application
• Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P&L
• Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
• Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
• Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, possess a can-do attitude, likes to think outside the box and enjoy a challenge!

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• Victorian Security Licence
• Excellent communication, negotiation & influential skills
• Proven ability to set positive, open & effective relationships.
• Driven, solution orientated and innovative thinker.
• Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and work under pressure.
