Cleaning Team Lead - Evenings, Training & On-Site Support

City Facilities Management Ltd. in Bathurst, NSW, is seeking a friendly, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team across nearby centres.

You’ll handle daily cleaning, supervise and train staff during site visits, troubleshoot equipment, and report standards and performance updates to the Cleaning Operations Supervisor. Based in Bathurst with occasional travel to Orange, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 7pm–9pm with flexibility for training or coverage.
