About The Role

Join the Fantastic Furniture Launceston team and help customers make their house feel like home. From helping someone choose their first sofa to finding a dining setting that fits a busy family, you'll ask the right questions, explain their options and make it easy for them to buy with confidence.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and offer practical advice on furniture, colours and styles.
• Guide customers through their purchase, including order and delivery options.
• Work with the team to achieve store sales and customer service goals.
• Keep the showroom tidy, welcoming and ready for customers.

About You

You enjoy talking to people, listen well and take pride in following through. You're comfortable approaching customers, keen to learn about our range and happy to pitch in when the store gets busy. Experience in retail, sales or customer service is welcome.

This role is contracted for 15 hours per week. You'll need to be available for rostered shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
