Senior Associate, Professional Indemnity

Kennedys is looking for Associates and Senior Associates with 4+ years' PQE* to join our market-leading insurance practice in Melbourne.

We have two opportunities, both offering complex insurance work, direct client exposure and the chance to work alongside highly regarded partners and leading Australian and international insurers.

Depending on your experience and interests, you could join one of the following teams:

• Emily Schneider – Financial Lines & Professional Indemnity

Join Emily's team working across a broad

Financial Lines, D&O and Professional Indemnity practice, defending claims involving a diverse range of professionals.

You'll Gain Exposure To

• Professional indemnity claims across a range of professions

• Regulatory investigations

You'll work across a varied portfolio, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters and develop broad Financial Lines and Professional Indemnity expertise.

• Nicole Wearne & Mark Attard – Coverage & Construction PI

Join Nicole, Australian Managing Partner, and Mark in a leading insurance team with a particular focus on complex coverage and construction-related Professional Indemnity.

You'll Gain Exposure To

• Complex coverage advice and disputes
• Policy interpretation
• Construction-related Professional Indemnity
• D&O and management liability

You'll advise leading Australian and London market insurers on sophisticated and technically challenging matters.
