Territory Manager WA - South East Perth

The Arnott's Group

About the Job

The Arnott’s Group portfolio of brands continues the 160-year legacy of the Arnott family, creating quality, great-tasting food and delicious moments for consumers around the world.

We’re looking for an energetic and commercially driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing WA Field Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Covering South East Perth and surrounding areas, you’ll manage a territory of approximately 40 customers across Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery stores. Reporting to the Zone Manager WA, you’ll build strong in-store partnerships, deliver outstanding execution and identify opportunities to grow our iconic portfolio of brands. You’ll also lead and support two part-time Sales Support Representatives across the territory.

About You

You’re curious, confident and comfortable building relationships with a range of customers and store-level decision-makers. You bring energy, resilience and a strong drive for results, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution with forward planning.

You’ll enjoy working autonomously across your territory while remaining closely connected to the wider WA Field Sales team. Previous FMCG, retail, grocery, merchandising or field sales experience will be highly regarded, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is your customer focus, leadership capability and motivation to deliver results.

What Your Days Look Like

  • Managing and growing relationships across approximately 40 Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery customers
  • Driving strong in-store execution across ranging, distribution, availability, displays and promotional activity
  • Identifying incremental sales and merchandising opportunities across the territory
  • Leading, supporting and motivating two part-time Sales Support Representatives
  • Working with store-level decision-makers to improve outcomes for our customers and brands
  • Managing the territory’s merchandising budget effectively
  • Planning your call cycle and priorities to maximise your time in market
  • Contributing as an active member of the broader WA Field Sales team
  • Maintaining strict adherence to workplace health and safety requirements

The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • A proactive, energetic and resilient approach
  • A strong drive to achieve results and deliver against agreed priorities
  • Confidence building relationships and influencing store-level decision-makers
  • The ability to lead, motivate and support others
  • Strong organisation, time management and forward-planning skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Previous FMCG, grocery, retail, merchandising or field sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • A current Australian driver’s licence

Perks

When you join The Arnott’s Group, you can expect:

  • A fully maintained company vehicle
  • Participation in a quarterly bonus scheme
  • An iPad equipped with the latest technology to help you succeed in the field
  • Training and development to support your career growth
  • Discounted health insurance, home loans and gym memberships
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program
  • Opportunities to contribute to our sustainability and Inclusion & Belonging initiatives

Our Culture

We stand for high performance with integrity, recognise individual contribution and celebrate the wins gained through collective effort. These principles form part of The Arnott’s Way and shape how we work together. You’ll join a team where you can experience a genuine sense of belonging, take ownership of your territory, collaborate with great people and contribute to the continued success of some of Australia’s most iconic food brands.
