Senior Contract Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Western Sydney | Major Data Centre Project | Tier 2 Civil Contractor

The Opportunity

CGC Recruitment is partnering with an established Tier 2 civil contractor that has recently secured a major civil works package on a large-scale data centre development in Western Sydney.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project team and take ownership of the commercial management of this significant package.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major infrastructure development with a growing contractor offering long-term career opportunities.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and delivery team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
Administering head contracts and subcontracts.
Overseeing budgets, forecasting and cost reporting.
Managing progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

About You

Proven experience as a Senior CA or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil construction.
Experience managing commercial packages on projects valued at $20M+.
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and commercial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of commercial outcomes.
