- 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Pega SSA Certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
- Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP), security, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of Pega best practices, guardrails, and DevOps.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
