We're looking for a Sales Associate who shares that passion for luxury fashion, styling, and creating unforgettable experiences. This is a consistent role of 4 days a week and we are looking for someone brings authenticity, confidence, and warmth to every client interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalised service.
• Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling.
• Support boutique operations - visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining Calexico's elevated service culture.

• 2+ years' experience in fashion retail.
• Confident, polished, and naturally engaging with clients.
• Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
• Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
• Available 4 days a week, including key retail periods.
