The Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre (Aus3C) is a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making cyberspace safer for organisations, businesses, government agencies and institutions. Through collaboration, education, industry engagement and capability development, Aus3C brings together leaders across the cyber security sector to strengthen resilience and create lasting impact.

An outstanding opportunity now exists for a commercially minded and relationship-focused leader to join Aus3C as General Manager, Members, Partners & Programs.

Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a small, high-performing team, this pivotal role will drive the growth and engagement of Aus3C’s membership and partner network while ensuring the successful delivery of programs, training initiatives and events that provide meaningful value to stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and enhancing member engagement to support organisational sustainability and impact.

As a member of the leadership team, you will oversee program delivery, financial performance and operational planning, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives. You will also play an influential role in shaping future strategy, fostering innovation and strengthening Aus3C’s position as a trusted leader within the cyber security community.

You will possess strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication and influencing skills, and a proven ability to build strategic relationships that deliver sustainable growth. Relevant tertiary qualifications, demonstrated experience within or a good understanding of the cyber security or broader information technology sector will be highly regarded.

This is a rare opportunity to combine commercial leadership with genuine purpose, helping to shape the future of Australia’s cyber security capability through collaboration, education and stakeholder engagement.
