Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Operations
Chobani Australia
About Chobani
Every fridge tells a story. This one is ours – and it's getting bigger.
Chobani Australia was formed in 2011 following the acquisition of Gippsland Dairy, alongside the Chobani brand. Guided by our belief that food can be a force for good – and our purpose, Good Food For All – we make Chobani and Gippsland Dairy yoghurt in Dandenong South, focusing on food that's delicious, nutritious, natural and accessible.
We're building the next chapter of growth – investing in major site upgrades and new capability to meet demand and deliver on our aspiration: in every fridge, everywhere, every day.
Chobani is a place for people who like pace and ownership. We keep standards high, back people to stretch, and hire for attitude. If you set goals, deliver, learn fast and keep raising the bar, you'll feel right at home here.
The Opportunity
While the business continues to grow, so too does our Talent Acquisition function at Chobani which is pretty darn exciting!
Our organisation has huge ambitions and central to that is finding *amazing* people. This is where you come in.
You’ll lead end to end recruitment across Chobani’s operational workforce with a focus on high volume, repeat hire and frontline recruitment across Production, Warehouse, Maintenance as well as salaried Supply Chain and Operations roles when required.
Partnering with our Operations team, you'll play a central role in moving towards a proactive approach to talent acquisition. This includes building and actively maintaining networks and talent pools, and developing sustainable candidate pipelines through targeted advertising, employee referrals and relationships with education providers, employment services, industry groups and community organisations.
Your Experience
We're looking for someone with strong end-to-end Frontline and Operational recruitment experience who can operate with confidence and credibility across a diverse portfolio.
You may have built your career internally or within an agency environment, but you'll bring a proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing multiple recruitment processes at once.
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, industrial or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
We're looking for someone who can
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Think beyond the immediate vacancy and proactively build talent pipelines
- Balance pace, quality and candidate experience
- Use data and market insights to influence recruitment decisions
- Manage competing priorities and stay organised
- Identify problems early and bring practical solutions forward
- Take ownership and follow things through to completion
We have a wonderful team culture at Chobani and we're always on the lookout for people who bring different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking, along with a collaborative and passionate approach to their craft.
If you enjoy recruitment, love working with people and want the opportunity to help build something, we'd love to hear from you.
