About Our Client

Glencore Newlands is a well-established mining operation committed to maintaining a safe, productive and high-performing work environment. We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Trade Assistants to join the maintenance team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting tradespeople with maintenance and repair activities
• Performing general labouring and housekeeping duties
• Supporting workshop and field maintenance tasks
• Conducting equipment cleaning and basic servicing duties
• Following site safety procedures and maintenance schedules
• Working collaboratively within the maintenance team

What You Will Need

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in a mining, construction or industrial environment
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to pass site medical and pre-employment requirement
• Relevant tickets and qualifications highly regarded
