AI-Pilled Meta-Project Manager – Software, GTM, Content – Part-time

Location

Applicants who are available for regular meetings in Bondi Beach are strongly preferred.

We are however open to talent anywhere as long as they have some availability in Sydney working hours.

Scope

Part-time, starting at approximately one day weekly, with potential for expansion.

Level

We will consider people at any level, from early career to senior. What matters most is that you are exceptionally sharp and highly capable with AI.

Which role

Role

We work with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson across a set of ventures, including Fraxios, MetaQuorum, Humans + AI Decision Architectures, enterprise courses and Bondi Innovation. They have one thing in common: building Humans + AI processes and workflows that improve themselves.

Everyone here is a meta-project manager. We do not staff projects with people. We design systems that do the work, then run and improve them.

Potential work and activities include:

• AI operating systems for the whole organization: knowledge repositories, AI agents, Notion and other platforms
• Product and go-to-market for early-stage B2B AI software
• Building AI applications, from prototype to products in live use
• AI-driven content production across podcast, video, newsletters and reports
• Growing communities and live events
• Enterprise courses and decision architecture programs for organizations
• Fractional CTO and technical architecture
• Executive and operational support for Ross: scheduling, inbox, CRM, research and logistics, run as far as possible through AI agents

We are not asking you to do all of these. We want to know which you would be exceptional at, and what else you bring that is not on the list. People earlier in their careers will often start with operations and support work, and take on more as they show what they can do.

Capabilities

For everyone:

• You explore the edge of what AI can do as a habit, not an assignment.
• Exceptionally sharp. You learn fast and get the details right.
• Familiar with self-improving AI systems and agentic workflows.
• Highly reliable. We run a distributed part-time team and everything depends on it.
• A pleasure to work with (essential!).

Strong pluses for more senior applicants:

• Vibe coding. You can build working prototypes.
• Startup background. Comfortable where the structure does not exist yet.
• Automation and workflow design.
• GTM or growth experience.

Hourly rate, depending on experience.
