The Arnott's Group

About The Job

We’re looking for a Territory Manager - North Western Sydney to join The Arnott’s Group and take ownership of a busy metro territory across areas including Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural, Baulkham Hills and Marsden Park and surrounds.

You’ll be responsible for approximately

30 retail outlets, working across Coles, Woolworths and Independent customers, while leading

3 SSRs across the territory.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll spend around

4.5 days each week in trade, building strong customer relationships and bringing our business plans and priorities to life in store. The remaining time will be focused on administration, planning and setting yourself and your team up for the week ahead.

With a metro-based territory and close proximity to our North Strathfield office, this is also a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their FMCG career, broaden their commercial experience and position themselves for future development opportunities within The Arnott’s Group.

About You

You’re curious, confident and ready to take greater ownership of a territory, customers and team.

You could already be building your career in FMCG, retail or field sales and be looking for your next step. Most importantly, you’ll bring strong energy, commercial curiosity and the ability to build relationships with customers while keeping a close eye on execution.

You’ll be comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in stores, balancing customer priorities, team leadership, sales performance and execution across a busy metro territory.

What Your Days Look Like

  • Own a territory of approximately 30 retail outlets across North Western Sydney.

  • Translate business plans and priorities into strong in-store execution.
  • Build productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales and execution across your territory.
  • Plan your territory effectively to ensure the right priorities are delivered in the right stores.
  • Use dedicated administration and planning time to prepare for the week ahead.
  • Balance the key elements of sales, leadership, planning and execution.

The Ingredients For Success

  • Experience in retail, sales, field sales or FMCG environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with customers.
  • A hands-on approach and a genuine interest in getting out into trade.
  • Strong planning and organisational capability across a geographically spread territory.
  • The ability to lead, support and engage a small field team.
  • Commercial curiosity and an understanding of how great in-store execution drives sales.
  • An energetic, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ambition to continue developing your career within a large FMCG business.
  • A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel throughout the North Western Sydney territory.
