What will you do as Talent Acquisition Specialist Australia

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Australia, you will attract, engage, and recruit leading talent in Australia and New-Sealand. You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers across the region, providing recruitment expertise and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

• You’ll be a highly experienced recruiter, who proactively sources candidates, building talent pools through various means (eg: LinkedIn, Seek Talent, social media, career expo's, etc).
• You'll have strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to coach and guide recruitment best practice to hiring managers.
• You’ll have experience with high volume recruitment. Highly desirable if you have Engineering Consultancy recruitment experience.
• You’ll have demonstrated experience in developing creative candidate sourcing & screening strategies and campaigns.
• You’ll have extensive experience using and maximising applicant tracking systems.
• You’ll be someone that lives and breathes customer service. Ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, with exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Having a strategical focus on recruitment.

What you bring

You are a proactive and customer-focused recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results in a multicultural and dynamic environment. You combine strong stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset and are always looking for innovative ways to attract talent.

• At least a Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with recruiting in the Technical Consultancy domain.
• Solid experience and proven track record in recruitment delivery.
• Good interpersonal skills, result-driven and proactive.
