Contract : 12 Months.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Personnel Security Vetting Officer to undertake security clearance assessments, complex vetting and quality assurance activities within a busy security environment.

The role will involve assessing clearance applications, managing complex cases, preparing assessment documentation, providing advice on clearance outcomes and maintaining a high standard of quality across vetting activities.

Key Requirements

• Cert IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)
• Current NV1 security clearance or higher
• Experience in personnel security vetting and complex assessments
• Experience with quality assurance and case management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, judgement and analytical ability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of integrity
