About Our Client
We are partnering with a private equity-backed multinational organisation seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the people agenda. This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its evolution. With approximately 100 employees in Australia and a similar-sized workforce across Asia, the organisation is focused on growing capability, improving organisational effectiveness, and supporting a broad transformation agenda.
Job Description
- Execute and embed the global people strategy across the the business
- Partner with the local leadership team to support transformation, growth and organisational change initiatives
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, engagement and employee relations
- Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development
- Drive organisational design, workforce effectiveness and team structure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead and develop a small regional HR team
The Successful Applicant
- You are an experienced HR leader who enjoys hands-on execution.
- Significant HR leadership experience within a multinational environment
- Experience supporting business transformation, integration, growth or change programs
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Exposure to operating within a private equity-backed, will be advantageous
