Site Manager - Hexham (NSW, Australia)

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to take on the role of Site Manager for our Hexham manufacturing site in Newcastle, Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to lead Arla's newest manufacturing operation and play a key role in shaping the future of our Australian business. The successful candidate will lead the site through ongoing integration and growth while embedding Arla's values, leadership principles and operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all site operations including production, quality, maintenance and administration.

Drive safety, food safety and regulatory compliance.

Deliver operational performance across productivity, quality, cost and service.

Build a strong, engaged and high-performing leadership team.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.

Partner with local and international stakeholders to support business growth and integration efforts.

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within food manufacturing, dairy or FMCG operations.
• Proven track record of leading a manufacturing site or large production operation.
• Strong people leadership and change management capability.
• Experience driving operational performance, continuous improvement and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
