Job Description
- Support daily operational activities across production, warehouse and administration teams
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, records and reports
- Analyse data and generate reports using Excel to support business decision-making
- Coordinate schedules, workflows and key business activities
- Assist with HR administration, employee records and on-boarding documentation
- Develop and update procedures, work instructions and process documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiencies
- Provide operational support during periods of increased workload or team absence
- Spend time on the production floor building relationships and understanding business operations
- Assist leadership with ad hoc projects and business improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with internal processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations/Business Coordinator should have:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
- Comfortable working with systems, data and documentation
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take ownership
- Able to build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Commercially aware with sound decision-making skills
- Hands-on approach and willingness to spend time on the operational floor
- Genuine ambition to build a long-term career and grow into leadership
What's On Offer
- Annual salary between $80,000 and $90,000 AUD + super
