About the Role

Securecorp is seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer to support a retail site in North Lakes. This role focuses on loss prevention, access control, incident response, and customer service, ensuring a safe and compliant environment while upholding professional security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional Retail Security and customer service
• Conduct patrols, monitoring, and surveillance
• Perform access control and crowd management
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Identify and manage risk and loss prevention issues
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs

Skills & Experience

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control (mandatory)
• Previous retail security or monitoring experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
• Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset
