Ready to own your store’s success? As a Store Manager at STRAND, you will inspire, coach and develop your people to deliver a great customer experience every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coach your team to be confident and proud Strand product experts
• Drive sales and meet KPI targets through commercial thinking and hands-on leadership
• Deliver to our store standards across all touchpoints
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
• Build effective rosters that deliver for both our customer and commercial targets
• Know your numbers to drive your results
• Maintain compliance across all safety standards to protect your team and customer
• Bring our brand values to life
