Change Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale technology transformation programme, focusing on stakeholder engagement, change impacts, communications, training and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop and coordinate change communications, engagement plans and supporting materials.
• Undertake Training Needs Analysis and develop training materials to support user adoption.
• Coordinate Change Network activities and support leaders with key messages and business engagement.
• Support rostering and deployment teams with engagement and upskilling.
• Coordinate business readiness, cutover activities, go-live support and post-implementation activities.

Highly desirable criteria

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Change Analyst on large-scale or complex technology implementations.
• Strong experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts and project teams to drive change adoption.

Desirable criteria

• Experience in workforce planning, rostering or deployment.
• Rail industry experience.
• Prosci or other recognised Organisational Change Management qualifications.
