About The Role
Are you a hospital pharmacist who:
- Has completed a Foundation Residency Program or has at least two years registered experience in the Australian public hospital environment?
or
- Is practicing at the Consolidation or ANZCAP Registrar level with at least four years registered experience in the Australian public hospital environment?
North Canberra Hospital (NCH) is looking for passionate and dynamic clinical pharmacists to join our team at the PH2 and PH3 levels. This is a broad banded position meaning you can progress from PH2 to PH3 via a competency assessment process.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
Note: This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and includes weekend and on call work. Temporary positions may also be available. Applications for candidates seeking part-time work in line with the Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement will be considered, please state any requests for part-time work in your application. The full-time salary noted above will be pro-rata.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide evidence outlining their competence against the National Standards for Advanced Pharmacy Practice at the Transition Level (for PH2 appointment) or Consolidation level (for PH3 appointment).
