As our Senior Net Revenue Manager, you'll help define how KFC approaches pricing, promotions, menu architecture and customer value.

You'll lead key Net Revenue Management workstreams, partnering with teams across the business to build new commercial frameworks, uncover growth opportunities and translate complex analysis into strategic decisions.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR SENIOR NET REVENUE MANAGER

  • Lead the design, development and ongoing evolution of KFC’s VMPC framework, building the methodology and capability from the ground up
  • Turn complex pricing, volume, mix and cost analysis into clear commercial recommendations and business decisions
  • Partner with the Head of Net Revenue Management to bring KFC’s annual NRM plan and longer-term strategy to life
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities across pricing, product mix, channels, promotions and portfolio
  • Shape KFC’s medium-term pricing strategy, including pricing architecture, guardrails and value positioning
  • Use customer, transaction, elasticity and competitor insights to inform pricing and portfolio decisions
  • Help optimise KFC’s menu and value offering, including price ladders, meal and pack structures, innovation pricing and trade-up opportunities
  • Assess promotional and offer performance, identifying opportunities to make KFC’s value investment more targeted and effective
  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and other teams to align stakeholders and embed NRM thinking across the business
  • Lead complex, project-based work from initial problem definition through to executive-ready recommendations, while guiding analytical resources and building broader NRM capability

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You're an experienced NRM practitioner who can connect the dots between data, strategy and commercial performance.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Net Revenue Management (NRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing or commercial strategy, ideally within FMCG, retail, QSR or another consumer-facing industry
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and business outcomes
  • Experience building or applying pricing, portfolio, value or VMPC-style frameworks to support commercial decision-making
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders, leading cross-functional projects and bringing others on the journey
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, solving complex problems and building new capabilities from the ground up
