Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and utilities sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the industrial or utilities industry.
- Advantageous, access control solutions experience within the utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of market trends and client needs in the sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence, as travel is required.
