The Opportunity

Can you turn complex technical information into a clear and persuasive story?

Veolia is seeking an experienced Tender Manager - Bids and Proposals to join our National Tender Desk for a 15 month fixed term contract.

You will coordinate and write high-quality proposals that clearly demonstrate Veolia’s value, strengthen our competitive position and support growth across the business. Working with sales, commercial, legal, technical and operational teams, you will manage submissions from early strategy through to final delivery.

The role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements. The successful person will attend a one week onboarding program in Brisbane.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Writing clear, persuasive and client focused tender responses
  • Turning technical and operational content into engaging proposals
  • Coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, reviews and approvals
  • Supporting win strategies and maintaining consistent messaging
  • Editing and proofreading submissions for clarity and accuracy
  • Managing tender correspondence and submission requirements
  • Creating presentations and other sales support materials
  • Maintaining the tender library and pipeline

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in bid writing, proposal management or strategic sales
  • Strong professional writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience coordinating complex submissions and competing deadlines
  • The ability to build relationships across different teams and seniority levels
