LIFE IN THE ROLE
Join our Audio Visual (AV) & Broadcast team as an AV Services Manager on a 12-month parental leave contract and play a key role in delivering exceptional AV experiences across ATC's iconic race days, corporate events and venue activations.
As the central link between clients, internal stakeholders, AV suppliers and technical crews, you'll coordinate end-to-end AV solutions from initial brief through to event delivery. You'll oversee supplier relationships, manage ATC-owned AV and LED assets, support event-day digital signage, and drive the smooth delivery of AV services across a diverse calendar of events.
- Coordinate AV requirements across ATC events, ensuring quality service delivery and successful event outcomes.
- Manage relationships with preferred AV suppliers, including monitoring service standards and coordinating supplier engagement.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand, communicate and deliver AV requirements.
- Manage ATC-owned AV and LED assets, including bookings, utilisation, scheduling and operational requirements.
- Coordinate technical crew and event-day AV operations, including digital signage requirements and supplier support.
- Oversee AV and Broadcast administration and purchasing processes, including purchase orders, requisitions, supplier coordination and process improvements.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
- A strong understanding of event management and Audio-Visual services.
- Experience coordinating AV requirements, suppliers and event delivery outcomes.
- The ability to interpret client requirements, technical quotes and service requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within live events, sporting, entertainment or hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Momentus (or similar accounting software).
