Design Coordinator - Developer Side

Are you an Architect, Architectural Graduate or Design Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career and gain broader exposure to the delivery of projects?

We are working with a successful and growing organisation looking to add a Design Coordinator to their Project Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in architecture, design coordination or a similar role who is keen to move closer to the delivery side of projects.

The Opportunity Working closely with the wider Project Delivery team, you will play an important role in coordinating design consultants and helping ensure projects progress smoothly from design through to delivery.

You will gain exposure to a range of projects and work alongside experienced project professionals, giving you the opportunity to develop your project management and coordination skills in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating architects, consultants and other design stakeholders
• Reviewing design documentation and following up outstanding information
• Assisting with design reviews and project meetings
• Tracking design deliverables, approvals and project milestones
• Supporting the Project Delivery team throughout the project lifecycle
• Helping identify and resolve design and coordination issues
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and project teams

This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career but keen to build on their existing design experience and grow with the business.

You will ideally have:

• 2–4 years’ experience in architecture, design coordination or a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Design, Construction or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• An interest in project delivery and the broader construction process

You don't need to have extensive project experience — we are more interested in your attitude, design knowledge and potential to develop.
