Skilled Assembly Workers and Trades

We’re looking for quality-focused assembly workers to join a team building brand-new train bathroom modules. This is hands-on work where attention to detail matters, and no two tasks are necessarily the same.
You’ll be working across things like:
- Fitting tanks and components
- Assembling walls and structures
- Bolting and fastening
- Working with electronics
- Using a wide range of hand and power tools
- Reading and following detailed plans and instructions
What we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need to have worked on trains before. We’re interested in people with a strong mechanical or assembly background who are confident with tools and can work accurately from detailed plans.
Your background could be in:
- Shipbuilding / shipwright work
- Vehicle building
- Cabinet making or installation
- Skilled assembly
- Mechanical or industrial fitting
Most importantly, you’ll take pride in what you do, have a good eye for detail and be someone who wants to get the job done properly. not just quickly.
Pay rates vary based on skill level and if holding a relevant trade qualification.
You must have a white card to work in this role. A pre-employment police check and drug & alcohol test will be required before commencing work on site.
