Asset Management Systems & Investment Lead

The Opportunity

Use your expertise in asset management, investment planning and data to influence how essential water infrastructure is managed now and into the future.

Based in Bendigo 3550 and reporting to the Manager Operations Support, you will lead a team of two and guide asset management governance, long term capital planning and systems improvement across Veolia’s Victorian water operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and continually improve the Asset Management System in line with ISO 55001
• Develop asset strategies, management plans and long term renewal programs
• Build five year asset renewal, operational improvement and capital plans
• Turn asset condition, risk and performance data into investment priorities
• Prepare business cases demonstrating whole of life value and risk reduction
• Improve CMMS data quality, analytics, dashboards and asset reporting
• Lead asset criticality, resilience and critical spares planning
• Lead a team of two and partner with operational teams and client stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Asset management, investment planning or systems governance experience
• Strong analytical and business case development skill
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience
