- Allocate workloads and manage team capacity to ensure service standards, operational priorities and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, coaching and development opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team performance, recognise achievements and address performance concerns promptly and constructively.
- Build team capability and accountability, ensuring team members understand expectations and have the knowledge and support to succeed.
- Bring the two teams together, establishing consistent ways of working and supporting team members through change.
- Act as the key escalation point for complex recruitment administration, onboarding and employee lifecycle enquiries.
- Build relationships with leaders across Retail and Logistics, providing guidance and education on People Operations processes and systems.
- Review processes and identify improvements that simplify administration, strengthen accuracy and enhance the customer experience.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, workflow improvements, system upgrades, testing and implementation.
- Collaborate across People & Culture and provide hands-on operational support during peak periods, maintaining your own portfolio of work when required.
