State Service Coordinator – Belmont | $80K + Super

We are currently recruiting for a permanent State Service Coordinator to join a well-established global organisation based in Belmont.

The Opportunity

• Location: Belmont, WA
• Salary: $80K + Super
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
• Work Environment: Office-based
• Eligibility: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only

About The Role

This is a varied coordination role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the WA service function. You will coordinate a team of field-based technicians, manage scheduling and service bookings, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure jobs are allocated and completed efficiently.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous scheduling, service coordination or administration experience
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence liaising with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders
