At Australian Biotechnologies, our work helps restore mobility and improve lives. As a Production Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing human tissue grafts used in life-changing surgical procedures across Australia and beyond.
Working in a cleanroom environment, you'll prepare, process, package and dispatch allograft tissue while following strict quality, safety and regulatory standards. Every task you complete contributes directly to delivering safe, high-quality products to healthcare professionals and patients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacture and process tissue grafts in line with GMP and quality requirements
- Perform sterile tissue processing, packaging, labelling and storage activities
- Operate and maintain specialised production equipment
- Complete production and traceability documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanroom standards and support environmental monitoring
- Manage tissue and material inventory throughout the manufacturing process
- Conduct quality checks and support audit readiness
- Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing training
What You'll Bring
- Experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food production or another regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
- A willingness to learn specialised tissue processing techniques
- Confidence working in a hands-on role within a cleanroom environment
