As a Workforce Business Partner, an ordinary day may see you at the centre of government decision-making, partnering with Executives and Directors to navigate complex workforce challenges, presenting strategic workforce insights, and connecting agencies with broader government capabilities to optimise resources and drive priority workforce outcomes.
As a strategic partner, your ability to build trusted relationships, proactively engage with senior executives, and confidently influence workforce outcomes will be critical to your success in this role.
Our ideal candidate will come from a background in Business Consulting, Strategic HR Advisory, Executive Partnering, Workforce Planning, Government Brokerage or a similar partnership focused role.
Essential Skills/Criteria
- Strong strategic thinking, judgement and problem-solving capability.
- Exceptional ability to engage, influence and partner with senior executives.
- Experience leading complex workforce, people or organisational initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
- Ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes through collaboration and influence.
