About You
You bring:
- 10+ years' experience in transformation, change management or business readiness leadership
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP, HCM or digital transformation programs
- Strong consulting, advisory or transformation office experience
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and executive coaching
- Ability to connect change outcomes to operational performance and business value
- Experience working across multiple regions and diverse stakeholder groups
- Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday or similar enterprise platform experience highly regarded
