Looking for your next security opportunity? Securecorp is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Retail Security Officers to join our team across retail centres in Melbourne’s south east suburbs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different. As part of the Securecorp team, you’ll play an important role in keeping customers, retailers and centre staff safe while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing professional security and exceptional customer service
• Conducting patrols and monitoring assigned areas
• Responding to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations
• Identifying and managing potential risks
• Managing access control and site security
• Completing clear and accurate incident reports and data logs
• Working closely with your team, centre management and emergency services when required

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced security professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need

• A current Security Licence
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Proven experience working in the security industry
• Retail security experience is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Multiple positions available – Casual | Part-Time | Full-Time
